Melissa's mom broke her hip during her chemo appointment at MD Anderson. While she was in surgery, someone opened the safe in their Marriott hotel room and took her jewelry. Tony the hotel security officer then spent the better part of an hour sending Melissa's dad upstairs, back downstairs, to the lobby counter, and back upstairs before walking to a plain cardboard box in the corner of his office and producing everything. Tony had known the whole time.
