In this famous passage, the Queen of Sheba comes to witness for herself the incredible stories she has heard about Solomon's wisdom. The chapter continues the tragic drifting away from the Lord as Solomon's heart continues to get wrapped up in the beauty and power of his kingdom along with the hundreds of wives and concubines he has take for himself. Solomon's heart eventually turns away from the Lord and goes after some of the most violent and despicable pagan gods surrounding him.
