In Madagascar, the Africa Mercy has completed surgery for the first patient of the field service, 10-month-old Anjara! Born with a bilateral cleft lip, Anjara is the second born and only daughter of her parents, who prayed and waited 10 years before being able to have her. This surgery is the additional miracle they’ve been praying for – a transformation for Anjara and new hope for her warm family.
