Zakael came to Africa Mercy with a growth on his neck and chest so large, he couldn't cover it. Like any 10-year-old, Zakael wants to be outside playing more than anything. He's incredibly athletic and gets up early every morning just to run. But he cannot get away from the teasing of the children in his village who don't understand his cyst. It's too big to hide, now. How much longer until it becomes a serious risk to his health?
