Every Friday, at a clinic in Toamasina, Madagascar, women who have been healed from obstetric fistula gather in celebration before they go home. The fistula clinic is the outcome of a collaboration between Freedom From Fistula and Mercy Ships, and it provides free and safe surgery to women struggling with this health condition.
