My mom was homeless, and my dad was in prison when I was born. Drug problems, violence, and a man was shot in front of me at age 6. We were thrown out of every woman’s shelter – Kaylee. I grew up in El Salvador. We had a huge earthquake. We had war. – Luis, you read scripture, and sometimes you think it is stories, but miracles are happening all around. Parent Compass is true stories told by real parents from a variety of backgrounds, facing a variety of struggles, and discovering solutions.
