Freedom comes at a great cost, both nationally and spiritually. Our American liberties are protected by brave service members who swear to defend the Constitution, sometimes paying the ultimate price. Similarly, our spiritual freedom was made possible by Jesus Christ's sacrifice on the cross. While less than 1% of Americans serve in the military today, we're called to live lives worthy of their sacrifice and, more importantly, to follow Christ who freed us from sin.
